Prof Gentle Sunder Shrestha is a Professor and Neurointensivist at the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, Nepal, and a PhD Candidate at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He completed a MD in Anaesthesiology from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (Tribhuvan University) and a fellowship in neurocritical care from St Michael’s Hospital (University of Toronto). He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications, 20 book chapters, and 1 book. He is affiliated with multiple national and international societies, groups, and journals. His fields of interest are neurocritical care, critical care in resource-limited settings, and point-of-care ultrasound.
